A happy Tuesday to everyone! It is snowing here today. It is so beautiful and clean and soft and fluffy. It is also cold. So we are staying in today. I started off today playing with my dad. We climbed up the stairs and then down the stairs. We read books and played peek-a-boo. Finally, we ate breakfast and watched Sesame Street. That Elmo is so funny. After my dad went to work it was time to play with my mom. We mostly danced and sang songs together. She knows SO MANY songs. Later this afternoon, I am looking forward to playing games with my mom. She can never find me when I hide. And I am the best pot and pan drummer in the house. I do love playing inside but I cannot wait until the snow thaws and we can go to the park again. I overheard Al
Roker discussing the weather forecast this weekend and it appears that it will be in the mid to upper 40s. That is park weather undoubtedly. This past weekend, my parents took me to the roof and we played in my tunnels. There was some snow and ice up there and I even learned how to walk on the ice without falling. It took a lot of practice but I mastered it! My dad also took me running and then we went to the farmer's market. All in all, we had a great time. On a different note, I gave up my morning nap. I had to put my foot down. My mom was not listening to me so I had to make her listen to me. I am now napping at noon and I must say, I couldn't be happier. However, during this transition period, I must admit I underestimated my tiredness. There were times I passed out but I was not ashamed. I just picked myself up, grabbed my toy shopping cart and off I went. Well, someone has to shovel the snow. Until next week... -Maggie

This week: I played with my toy shopping cart, I ate
spaghetti, I accidentally fell asleep and I helped my dad prepare for the
Superbowl.
